HEN & ROOSTER STAG HANDLE BOWIE KNIFE MADE FOR 2022, ****THE STAG RANGER **** This 12″ Overall Bowie is a beast look at the size of the stag scale’s they put on this Bowie. Plus it weighs 14.4oz. 1lb 2.2oz. with sheath this goes right into the Power-House / Heavy-Duty Series of knives just from its weight. H & R also added tooling on the spine and Guard for added looks. Its full tang construction so we know it is one of the strongest knives made one piece of German 440 Stainless steel. UPDATE; 8/5/22 We just got 24 more of these HRI-805 and put 11 new pictures in this listing. We just wanted you to see they are still a great looking knife and made well. The very 1st picture is of the last batch of these we had. Model # HRI-805 with Brass Pins and Guard, the blade is 7″ long and its edge is 6 1/2″ and its handle is 5″ long and the Dia, is 3.5″ to 4″ thick, and some are larger unheard of lately. It comes with a genuine H & R Leather Belt Sheath with their Logo in the center. In 2020 H & R made this exact same knives and we sold at least 96 of each style some even more, these 1500 just made were assembled in Pakistan the material such as the blade are German made at the Bertram Cutlery Plant- fact, and the stag is from the states, and it is 5 star stag with great color and size. H & R wanted to keep the price down and this was the only way $71.70 is what these are selling for the knives from 2020 were $98. to well over a hundred dollars and if these were made in Germany would be right around one hundred dollars. This price of $71.70 will not last H & R put a lower price on these to get them out in the market place, once that happens buyers will see the knife is built very well after that slowly but surely the price will climb, think about this $76.12 is a great price for a 12″ stag Bowie knife and I have one of the German made and the newer knives and can not tell any difference, if I did I would tell you. As of today 8/10/22 we have sold 10 of the 24 we got leaving us with 14 for now and selling these for $75.59 that is delivered to your home and its a great price. Now you need to decide how much a name bothers you, I would tell you to buy one now at this price why wait and pay more soon. This is a dam good knife so buy one try one if you do not agree return it. We know H & R brought one bin of high-end stag and that is what they are using to make the 5 new styles, all of these knives have large handles we have checked them all. HR-805, HR-0040, HR-0070, HR-184, HR-185, these are the 5 made. I totally believe once you are holding this knife only than will you realize what a fantastic knife you just got, how great of a knife it is. It has been about 2 years since these knives were made, and you may see 1 or 2 of the German made knives for sale but at a much higher cost then what we were selling them for, and now you have a chance to get one of these if you missed out the first time. Yes it is a bummer these weren’t made in Germany yet the knife is the same, they have great stag handles again from the U.S. and a 440 S.S. blade made at the Bertram Cutlery Plant then assembled in Pakistan which is on the blade I made sure you could see that. The price is right meaning $78.12 is a very good price for this knife, and H & R only had enough stag to make 1500 of each style.
